The Religious Emphasis Committee has been the core committee of Bombay YMCA from its birth. It organises prayer meetings to promote the spiritual growth of its members, as also YMCA’s Annual Week of Prayer and Fellowship programmes. The name of the department was changed a few years ago to Spiritual and Moral Emphasis Department.
